Refund Policy

At Jessie Tours JA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service through our excursions, private transfers, and convenient pick-up and drop-off options. We understand that travel plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee, the amount of which may vary depending on the nature of the booking. All other refund requests—including those made within 24 hours of the scheduled date—will be handled at our discretion, taking into account the circumstances and operational constraints. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals, and we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, government restrictions, or minimum group size not being met, customers will be offered a full refund, rescheduling, or a travel credit valid for 12 months. Changes to bookings requested more than 15 days in advance may be accommodated based on availability, while changes within 15 days may incur a fee or be denied. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
