By booking a service with Jessie Tours JA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) or US Dollars (USD), depending on your preference.
Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, flight delays), we will do our best to reschedule or offer a credit.
Changes to Bookings
You may request changes to your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Service Guarantee
We strive to provide timely, professional, and courteous service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for airport transfers and tour departures.
Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during tours and transfers. Please inform us of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or special requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.
Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or abusive conduct may result in termination of service without refund.
Liability
Jessie Tours JA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during tours or transfers. Participation in tours is at your own risk. We are fully insured and operate under Jamaican tourism regulations.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data except as necessary to fulfill your booking.
